The legal basis is constituted by the necessity for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, and consent is required only in the presence of health-related data, such as membership in protected categories.

Exclusively for the aforementioned purposes, all collected and processed data may be communicated by Exclama S.r.l. to authorized internal figures for processing in accordance with their respective duties, as well as to the following categories of external subjects such as autonomous data controllers or external data processors:
