Flexible hours
Working hours are flexible, with variable start times and corresponding end times based on individual needs. Fridays are shorter, and the company is open to arranging personalized schedules for everyone.
Start between 7:30 and 9:30
Short Friday: 6 hours
Parents part-time
Exclama offers parents the possibility of a part-time contract until a child’s third birthday, with 30- or 38-hour weekly schedules. Until the child turns six, parents can also opt for flexible hours ranging from 35 to 38 per week.
Welfare
In partnership with Trecuori, Exclama provides a comprehensive welfare program. Thanks to the collaboration with Welfood, employees can access ten free sessions with psychologists, nutritionists, and sport coaches.
Company restaurant
The on-site restaurant serves freshly cooked meals daily, open from 12:00 to 13:30, accessible with a company badge at a subsidized cost. A company café is also available for breaks and relaxation from 8:00 to 17:00.

Designed by the architecture firm Carlana Mezzalira Pentimalli, Exclama’s new headquarters embodies a modern vision of the workplace. Located in Vascon di Carbonera, near the Treviso Nord motorway exit, the building is designed to foster flexibility, collaboration, and well-being.
With shared spaces, open-plan offices, a food area, and a showroom, the contemporary four-story structure ensures integration across the different companies of the ITAFIN Group. Corporate welfare is reflected in initiatives such as the innovative canteen and flexible working hours, while the focus on sustainability is evident in the use of green materials, photovoltaic systems, and solutions for energy and water efficiency.
