Accessibility guidelines for services, pursuant to Article 21 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022
The Decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series No. 152 of 01 July 2022) and entered into force on 16 July 2022; however, its provisions will apply from 28 June 2025.

Compliance status with requirements
The website https://www.exclama.it/ is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1), due to the non-compliances and/or exemptions listed below.
Exclama S.r.l., together with its suppliers, is carrying out an analysis aimed at implementing the necessary measures to make the website accessible and compliant with the applicable standards.
Non-accessible content
The following content is not accessible because it does not comply with the harmonized standard EN 301 549:
-
Some pages contain links without link text.
-
Insufficient contrast between text and background across all pages.
-
Some pages include form fields without labels, making it difficult to navigate them using screen readers.
-
Certain headings on a page lack proper labeling or include the
aria-hiddenattribute and are therefore not accessible to screen readers. -
On some pages, a parent element lacks the corresponding child elements, which may confuse screen reader users who expect content that is not present.
-
There are scrollable elements on all pages that cannot be scrolled using the keyboard, making it difficult for users of assistive technologies to access the full page content.
Ongoing improvements
The code changes implemented to date and those planned for the future have been and will continue to be developed in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
This statement was drafted on 28.11.2025.
