PRIVACY POLICY ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Exclama S.r.l., with registered office at Via G. Bortolan 28, 31050 Vascon di Carbonera (TV), acting as the data controller of personal data (hereinafter the “Controller”), issues this privacy policy in compliance with European and Italian data protection regulations, in order to inform users about the purposes and methods of processing personal data that may be provided while browsing this website (hereinafter the “Site”).

Please note that this privacy policy applies exclusively to the Site and does not extend to third-party websites that may be accessed by the user through links available on the Site.

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects; however, by its very nature, it may, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes, by way of example, IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful outcome, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Controller and to have them rectified if inaccurate, erased, or restricted where the relevant conditions are met.
