The People & Culture office is composed of three key roles. The People & Culture Manager is responsible for people management and for fostering an inclusive and motivating company culture.
The Sustainability Manager focuses on integrating sustainable practices into business operations, ensuring that all activities meet environmental and social standards.
The People & Culture Specialist is responsible for recruitment and onboarding, conveying company values from the very first stages. Together, they work to attract, develop, and retain talent, while promoting a positive and sustainable work environment.
